Move & Reflect: A guided movement and reflection session

Join us for a gentle, intentional experience where we slow down, move freely and reconnect with ourselves.

Through simple, guided movement and moments of reflection, we’ll create space to loosen up, unwind, and come back to ourselves. There’s no choreography and no right way to move. Just come as you are.

Move & Reflect is part of Yusra Collective, rooted in faith, connection and community.

The blessed nights of Laylat-ul-Qadr are almost upon us. The MWO is hosting our annual Women's Qiyam. We are continuing our tradition of joining in collective prayer, dhikr and du'a led by local women. 

We will begin at 11:00pm. Tea and coffee will be provided. Feel free to bring a snack or refreshment to share!

Join us for Suhoor on the Beach

A peaceful pre‑dawn gathering for us to share food, reflection, and connection by the shoreline.

Bring your families along for a calm, welcoming space to worship and start our fast together in community. Register below to reserve your spot, and help us plan a comfortable experience for everyone.

Feel free to bring food to share and a beach blanket to relax on. Exact address for our meeting spot will be shared with registered attendees closer to the event date.

7:15-7:45 AM Beach Walk and Pics

7:45 AM Pack-up after Sunrise

8:00 AM Depart back to Orlando

9:15 AM Arrival at MWO HUB

Carpooling Option

For those wanting to carpool, please meet at the MWO HUB by 4:15 AM. We will leave by 4:30 AM at the latest. Please register for the address.

If you are driving from a different part of town and would prefer to go directly to the beach and have space to take others in your car, please let us know by responding to the registration email.
