Bismillah Institute is partnering with MWO to support women who have experienced domestic violence and help give them a voice again through creativity, community, and solidarity. Join us on October 7th at the MWO HUB as we come together to decorate shirts and participate in the Clothesline Project.  Everyone is welcome. Come create, connect, and show your support for women rebuilding their lives after domestic violence.

Decorate a shirt.
Stand in solidarity.
Help amplify her voice.
Be part of a community that cares.

Together, we can turn a shirt into a statement, and silence into a voice.

Move & Reflect: A guided movement and reflection session

Join us for a gentle, intentional experience where we slow down, move freely and reconnect with ourselves.

Through simple, guided movement and moments of reflection, we’ll create space to loosen up, unwind, and come back to ourselves. There’s no choreography and no right way to move. Just come as you are.

Move & Reflect is part of Yusra Collective, rooted in faith, connection and community.

Journeys: Convert Connection

Journeys: Convert Connection is a spiritual gathering space and one of our Sisterhood Initiatives. Our goal to provide a space for Muslim women who have accepted Islam (at any place in their spiritual and religious journey) can connect with one another, feel seen, heard, and not judged while they discuss topics that are important to them as they navigate their journeys into the faith community.
