HUB RESERVATION FOR POP-UP EVENTS
Our Pop-Up Events Reservation Space was created to support Muslim women in bringing their ideas to life, growing their small businesses, expanding their reach, and building meaningful connections within the community. We strive to provide a welcoming environment where vendors feel supported, safe, and encouraged to thrive.
To help preserve the atmosphere and mission of the space, all vendors are thoughtfully reviewed and approved by MWO to ensure alignment with our community values and the overall experience we aim to create. Please note that submitting a participation request does not guarantee placement.
We kindly ask that vendors maintain a clean, professional, and visually appropriate setup, while offering products or services that reflect the purpose and spirit of the HUB. MWO reserves the right to offer guidance during events, decline products or displays that may not align with the space, and make decisions regarding future participation when needed.

Pop-up Space Options
Cafe pop-up
An intimate café-style counter ideal for small coffee concepts, appetizers, desserts, or business displays. Functional, charming, and welcoming for both vendors and customers.

Backyard pop-up
A flexible open-air outdoor space with a relaxed, community-friendly atmosphere. Perfect for food vendors, coffee carts, small market setups, or creative showcases.

Gathering room pop-up
A spacious, versatile indoor space ideal for pop-up markets, art exhibitions, clothing boutiques, or jewelry displays. Adaptable to a wide range of setups.
What's included
- 30 folding chairs + 16 bistro-style chairs
- 8 small + 2 large folding tables
- Dining table with seating for 8
- Cozy lounge area & fireplace
- Kitchen with fridge & small stove (storage only — not for cooking)
- TV for presentations
- High-speed internet & free parking
- 1 hr setup & cleanup time
The gathering room kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, and small stove for keeping food warm and stored cold. It is not intended for cooking or food preparation.
All reservations include high-speed internet, free parking, and one hour of setup and cleanup time.
