PARTNER WITH US AT THE HUB

We are always looking to partner with community leaders on events that align with our vision to help women connect, grow and thrive. This opportunity is available to individual MWO members and partner organizations.

Partnership Types

  1. Basic: Complimentary access to the space for free events. The partner markets, sets up, and cleans up the event and brings their own supplies.  In exchange for use of the space, we ask that partners encourage their attendees to donate to the MWO.

  2. Standard: Access to the space for ticketed events. The partner markets, sets up, facilitates and cleans up the event and brings their own supplies.  When events have a registration fee or ticket, the partner is required to give 10% of all registration fees collected to MWO.  For example, if tickets are $30 per guest, and 20 guests register, the partner’s credit/debit card on file will be charged $60. 

  3. Premium: Access to space and logistical support for ticketed events. This collaborative partnership type includes marketing and staff support provided by MWO for ticketed events.  Between 25% and 50% of registration fees collected will go to MWO, to cover staff time, depending upon the amount of logistical support provided, as delineated in the MOU. 

  • 25% - If MWO staff provide marketing support (create flyer, registration link, and social media posts)

  • 50% - If, in addition to marketing, MWO staff helps with event set-up and supplies 


MWO will help promote partnered events as follows:

For Premium partnerships:

    • The program lead must submit a partnership request form at least three weeks in advance.

    • MWO will create registration links for the event, and send a payment of the agreed upon percentage to the Partner organization.

    • MWO will compensate the partner within one week of receiving the invoice.  Compensation will be up to 50% of registration fees.   

    • MWO will create flyers and manage social media and email marketing

For Basic and Standard Partnerships:

  • Partners are requested to include the MWO logo in all marketing material.

  • MWO will share the partner’s event flyers and posts on MWO social media stories

  • MWO will add partnered events to our website calendar

  • MWO will include the event in our monthly newsletter, if received in a timely manner.


Reservation guidelines and considerations:

  • All of our spaces are available for reservation to MWO paid members ONLY.  If you are not a paid member, click here to learn more and become one today! 

  • A Partnership Request Form must be submitted at least one month in advance.

  • A meeting to discuss program objectives and implementation ideas.

  • If the program aligns with MWO’s work, then a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be created that outlines each party’s responsibilities and any financial commitment (See sample MOU below)

  • All partnership levels require a $25 partnership fee plus a credit/debit card on file to cover the cost of any damage that may occur during the event or if additional clean-up services are required.  

  • Events are not confirmed until the MOU is signed and submitted, and all the partnership fees are paid.

  • The mutually agreed upon percentage of registration fees owed to MWO for Standard partnerships, and from MWO for Premium partnerships, must be paid within one week after the event.

  • Partnerships include up to 4 hours of HUB use, with additional complimentary time provided for set-up and clean-up based upon availability.  For events exceeding 4 hours, an additional $25 fee will be charged for each extra hour.

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before an event will result in a full refund of partnership fees.
