This Her 30s gathering offers a gentle place to pause and reflect on the things we carry quietly, the responsibilities, questions, hopes, fatigue and experiences that often go unnamed. Grounded in the belief that Allah knows what the heart carries, this evening centers on shared stories, thoughtful listening and being present with ourselves and one another without pressure to fix, explain or perform.

Come as you are. The intention is to create a supportive and respectful environment where women can feel at ease, witnessed and held as they reflect individually and together.
