MWO hosts regular Personal Development workshops for women in the community. Some of our past workshops have included Self-Defense classes, Conflict Resolution workshops, learning about nurturing a vibrant community as well as Fitness classes.

In 2017 look for our series of Mindful Monday classes, focusing on mental, spiritual, and physical health and wellness, as well as our Career Development series or Workshops, starting with Resume Writing tips.
